GT Soccer - Registration Details

*NOTICE* CAMPUS MAP Both the Registration Form and the Physician's Approval Form must be completed and received by the camp in order for participants to be eligible for camp activities. Soccer & tennis shoes	Sweatshirt	Soccer ball (if not ordered)
Sandals	Rain jacket	Window fan
Soccer socks (10 pairs)	Shin guards	Shoe lace or string for room key
Underwear	Tooth brush	Back pack (to carry soccer gear)
T-shirts	Sun screen	Sleeping bag (school provides linens but is a low thread count)
Pajamas	Soap	Pillow
Soccer shorts	Water bottle	Towels
Alarm Clock	Wash cloth	Toothpaste

Please pay the tuition to GT Soccer School. Tuition may be paid in full. All balances are due by May 1st. Mailing address is: GT Soccer Schools, P.O. Box 755, Stillwater MN 55082 Players check in between 2:30PM - 4:00PM on Sunday. Dinner is the first meal served & dinner service begins at 4:45PM. If you cannot register for THE EDGE between 2:30PM-4:00PM, please notify us so we know when to expect you. Please call 1.800.214.4279. Because of the number of players involved in tournaments, camp check-out information is as follows: • Thursday tournament games begin at 9:00AM • Awards ceremony 11:15AM - 11:45AM • Check out is at noon on Thursday • Breakfast is the last meal served on Thursday Parents are encouraged to attend the tournament games and awards ceremony. Players may want to bring some spending money for snacks & pizza. Please return the Physician's Approval Form (link to physician's approval form) by May 1st. The university charges $40 for lost room keys...payable to the university (the charge is high because the university must re-key the lock) THE EDGE is not responsible for lost of stolen articles. You will be receiving camp details in late May or early June.
